Accredited Certification and the Associate’s Certification Scheme
Accord and Accord International recognise the commitment the course provider makes to provide quality learning materials and above standard customer services to the Learner by endorsing you as an organisation. The prospective Learner will know that the association demonstrates a commitment to robust and quality learning and will receive an endorsed certificate of achievement upon completion of the courses registered with Accord and Accord International. The course provider is ab to provide their own certificate but is not able to use the Accord or Accord International logo or hologram.
If you are part of an organisation that is seeking recognition for their non regulated courses, it is prudent to apply to our Accredited Certification Scheme. With the yearly fee, the provider may become an Accord Associate, and by registering each course through the scheme’s audit system and by agreeing to a quality outline through effective and appropriate benchmarking, each Learner will receive their recognised certification upon the successful completion of their course with your organisation for a small administration and postage fee. Accord and Accord International are able to certificate courses from Level 1 to Level 8 on the Tailored Qualification Structure (TQS) . The course provider registers the Level of the course. RPL is determined by the organisation that offers the regulated qualification.
We will soon be posting a sample certificate on the Accord Gateway so that our associates can give their Learners an idea of what they will be receiving upon the completion of their course.
If you would like to become an Accord Associate and use our Accredited Certification Scheme for your courses, please let us know and we will guide you through your application. info@Accord.ac
Academic Credits
Academic Credits are offered for courses that are put through the Associate’s Certification scheme and are registered as Accord and Accord International Accredited. Each individual qualification must pass the certification audit system and agree to the quality outline through effective and appropriate benchmarking before totalling up the full qualification time in hours, which should be reached through the course’s learning outline and assessment criteria. The credit value of a qualification will be rounded down to one tenth of the hours required and undertaken by the Learner, and if there is an alternative pathway to the qualification that requires less hours of dedication, the lowest number of hours will be assigned. The awarding organisation must ensure that it is able to provide justification to a reasonable level for it’s determination of it’s hourly assignment for as long as it offers the qualification. Accord and Accord International are able to accredit courses from Level 1 to Level 8 on the Tailored Qualification Structure (TQS) . The course provider registers the Level of the course. RPL is determined by the organisation that offers the regulated qualification.
